Deploying VIDIZMO In Microsoft Azure Cloud (HA+DR)
High Availability and Disaster Recovery with VIDIZMO on Microsoft Azure Cloud
High Availability is about eliminating single points of failure of an application, which can be achieved by redundant hardware and software systems. Disaster Recovery, on the other hand, comes into play when high availability fails, for example, by providing data recovery after a data loss.
This architecture illustrates how VIDIZMO can be set up as a High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solution using Microsoft Azure Cloud.

Application
VIDIZMO instances deployed on your Microsoft Azure Cloud use Azure Media Services (AMS) for streaming and encoding. By default, VIDIZMO uses Microsoft Azure as its primary content provider for SaaS deployment models.
Optionally, VIDIZMO can also be deployed to use Wowza Streaming Cloud.
Azure ECDN
With support for all major Content Delivery Network (CDN) providers, Video on Demand (VoD) content uploaded for viewing is stored on the origin server deployed in Microsoft Azure Cloud, while edge servers deployed near the end-user allow content to be pulled and delivered without buffering issues. For deployments in multiple locations, Geo-Redundant Storage can be configured to reroute content to a different datacenter in any location.
Database
SQL Server 2016 AlwaysOn Availability Groups bring high availability and disaster recovery to a new level by allowing multiple database copies to be highly available. These copies can be used for read-only workloads and for tasks such as backups, offloading management, and allowing failover for a group of databases as a single entity, useful for applications that access multiple databases in a single SQL Server instance.
The SQL High Availability Group is composed of databases that create redundancy using Directory Services and a File Witness Server.
Azure AD / Single Sign-On (SSO)
Azure AD integrates with the web component of VIDIZMO as the customer's Identity Provider. VIDIZMO supports industry-standard Single Sign-On (SSO) that works with popular corporate authentication services such as Directory and Federation Services, Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, as well as 3rd party login services. These options enable federated login (Authentication) with your VIDIZMO Portal, while Authorization is still handled within the VIDIZMO application.
